Return and Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Eyewear Outlet UK. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that there may be a restocking fee for returned items.

Return Instructions

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Obtain a return authorization number from our customer service team.

Affix the return authorization number to the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

Exchange Instructions

To exchange an item, please follow these instructions,

Return the item(s) to us according to our return instructions.

Place a new order for the desired item(s).

 

Restocking Fee

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.
